Do the shoes run true to size?

• Yes. Though because our shoes are made in Italy, we only offer whole sizes. Please see our size chart for more information if you are in between sizes.
  

Can I exchange my shoes if they don't fit?

• As long as they are unworn and within the 14 day time frame, you can exchange your pair for a different size (depending on availability). Please email us with your order number and size request, and we will email you a pre-paid return label. 

 How long does shipping take?

• Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. If you are within the US, shipping will normally take 2-3 business days (given USPS Priority Mail was selected).
• Shipping times may vary with pre-order items. Usually pre-order items take about 2-3 weeks to ship.

Do you ship Internationally?

• Yes! We offer world-wide international shipping.
